1. Go to your Blogger Dashboard, then go to "Template" on your left side menu.
2. Click on "Backup/Restore" button on your top right corner.
3. There will be pop up. Now click on "Download full template" button.
4. Now choose the location you want to save the template. Your template will be in '.xml' format.
